String Orchestra- Junior and Senior
JUNIOR STRING ORCHESTRA
Open to aspiring string ensemble players! The Junior String Orchestra provides an introductory ensemble experience for young string players seeking to explore the exciting world of rehearsing and performing with their peers in a variety of venues. It will serve as a “graduation” training ensemble to prepare students for membership in the Senior String Orchestra, which has performed increasingly challenging repertoire each semester.

Open to violinists, violists, cellists, and bassists of all ages. At least one year of private lessons is recommended prior to joining the orchestra. Performances have been held at the Zimmerli Art Museum in New Brunswick and the Cream Ridge Winery.
